Saying you'd be astonished if we let him go now is a bit over the top, he's not exactly the cornerstone of the team and absolutely vital to the squad because in all honesty he isn't.
If he plays really well for the rest of the season then fair enough offer him a new contract but you can't say he's shown anything amazing.
Same with Mamo, he's a good back up option but do we REALLY need him.....no.
The fact that G I is coming says to me Jace future 1 year extension he wanted is already approved.
Most players have an opinion of a years extension within their contract.
