Look it up on you tube. Perez tells Dave Woods, that's what they would deliver for their involvement TV deals and players. Look it up in the RL press where McManus publicly said they had got to start producing players. They didn't deliver on either promise so that's the problem isn't it my good man??
With respect, just how long do you think it takes to develop ANY SL payer from scratch, especially in a non RL playing nation

As for living in a world of your own, you are certainly on a one man mission on these boards.
Yes, there are plenty of people (m included) who are unsure on whether Toronto should be in SL but, so far, there is just you, on here, that is advocating chucking Toronto and Catalan out of the top flight, and NOBODY else is suggesting that any of the "fantastic four" (Widnes, Bradford, London and Newcastle) should replace them, quite the contary.
Even IF and it a huge If Toronto and/or Catalan cant compete in future, the articles that I've seen would suggest that they be allowed back in when the covid19 situation settles down and the advancement of Newcastle into SL, a jump of 2 leagues is just plain wrong but, dont let this spoil your crusade.
