Blast from the Past – Reds (in blue) vs Langholm RFC

The caption in our photo archives for this game was:

Last season’s P4 Wee Reds (champions of the Linlithgow, Gala and Selkirk tournaments) were on hand to cheer in their older counterparts for the National League 1 match on Saturday 18th September at Mains Park.  The youngsters were a bit confused as it was Langholm who played in red, while the Reds wore their blue change strip!  It was a good day though, with Linlithgow winning 34-18 and claiming an extra bonus point for 4 tries.
