A prop is must first and foremost, we are lacking go forward when Cooper & Hill are off the field. Philbin does try & provides us with decent impact. Tasi isn’t good enough, Sita blows hot and cold & doesn’t do enough minutes. I feel JClarke & Davies are very similar hard working tough tackling players but don’t provide the necessary go-forward for an out and out prop position...
Hopefully this Gelling rumour will be put to bed in the next couple of weeks & will be finally announced. It would handy if we brought someone in now before the end of the transfer market as Johnson has left and Atkins looks to of been released by the club.
