So, you acknowledge that Toronto are losing money and relying on the deep pockets of Argyle to sustain them and also suggest thet they MAY set up an U19's side. MAY - it should be a pre requisite of being in the top flight !!!! (I know they're not there yet and there would be issues of where a side could be based as there is nobody for them to play in Canada.
"New York and Monrtreal will be sustainable IF THEY CAN FIND A WEALTHY BACKER" FFS and you want these sides, not even formed yet, to replace British clubs, who do have academies, junior structure, carry our superb community work but, that YOU think aren't worthy of a place in the top flight
A sustainable club is one that can prosper WITHOUT a wealthy backer, I know that there aren't too many of these but this is what we should be aiming for, and the wealthy guys can add the cherries on the cake plus a sprinkling of glitz and glamour.
