As for the aussies and ticket sales, I'd expect that after the damp squib that was the 2017, not many host cities would be prepared to pay for the games. The other Lions are already emailing me about their tour of South Africa in 2021.......the RFL need to push this tour hard and get official tour groups going.....3 week tour with Tonga, then Fiji, then NZ, then Samoa, then NZ and PNG on the way home with easy pay options.
