Who is Beverley Turner? James Cracknell’s wife and Radio 5 presenter supporting rower at Oxford-Cambridge Boat Race
BEVERLEY Turner became a regular on our screens during Celebrity Island in 2018.
And now she is set to be back on TV supporting husband James Cracknell in the Oxford-Cambridge Boat Race.
Double Olympic gold medalist Cracknell will be rowing for Cambridge as they face Oxford on the Thames on April 7.
Who is Beverley Turner?
Beverley Turner is a television and radio presenter from Prestwich, Lancashire.
She is 44-year-old, having been born on October 21, 1973.
Beverley married Cracknell in 2002 and the couple have three kids together.
She is also the sister of Olympic swimmer Adrian Turner and The Apprentice’s executive producer Cal Turner.
What TV and Radio shows has she presented?
Beverley has worked at LBC since 2014 and presents a two-hour show on Saturdays between 8pm and 10pm.
Prior to that, she was presenting BBC Radio 5 Live’s Bump Club series which was all about pregnant women’s journey to motherhood.
She was also one of the female presenters for ITV’s Formula One coverage.
To talk about the widespread sexism in Formula One, Beverley released her book The Pits: The Real World of Formula 1.
