German luge great Loch leads at halfway point
Pyeongchang, South Korea (dpa) - Germany‘s double defending champion Felix Loch led after two of four runs in the men‘s single luge at the Winter Olympics on Saturday.With the final two runs coming on Sunday, Loch had set a cumulative time of 1 minute 35.299 seconds from his first two attempts at the Olympic Sliding Centre.The 28-year-old German had only been second after the first run but now leads Austria‘s David Gleirscher by 0.188 seconds.Olympic Athlete from Russia Roman Repilov lies third.
