Keeling Sensei teaching at Teen Wellness Retreat Sep 20

Sensei Keeling has a long and active history of volunteer work in the area of wellness, mental health and social-emotional learning. He will be teaching Karate at the Teen Wellness Retreat on Saturday, September 20. (at the 2021 event, he taught self-defense, at the 2022 event, he led a sit-down session on creating connections and in 2023 & 2024, he taught Karate) This event is FREE for local high teenagers (Mountain View and Los Altos residents/schools; must pre-register).
