Shaping the Future seminars back by popular demand

Back by popular demand, the Shaping the Future seminars return in March with two sessions.

Olympic and World medallist Yoko Tanabe, 7th Dan, is delivering a technical session at the event alongside former GB international judoka Sam Dunkley, 5th Dan, who will look at how to use animal movement patterns to build members basic fitness and strength in a fun and engaging way.

Saturday 16th March will see the first Shaping the Future seminar hosted at Bishops Stortford Judokwai whilst Samurai Judo Club will play host on Sunday 17th March.

The day is open to all coaches and members with a minimum of a green belt who are aged 12+.

The seminar also acts as a coach revalidation.
