Important News: Digital Transformation

As part of our strategic goal to digitally transform the organisation and to provide improved engagement with our membership, British Judo will be updating the Dojo. This update will be in line with a system that many clubs and other sports have, or are adopting. Unfortunately, to help facilitate this transition there will be a period where members will not be able to access the Dojo.

The dates for the outage will be Friday 24^th June – Monday 18^th July 2022.

What happens if my membership expires during this time?

If your membership lapses during the period of Friday 24^th June – Monday 18^th July, we will automatically extend your membership to Friday 22^nd July.  Therefore, it will not affect attending any event or invalidate your insurance.  If you think you will need access to the Dojo during this time to check grades etc please make sure you log on or contact us before Friday June 24^th or if in an emergency you will be able to contact the Membership Team for advice and guidance during the outage period.

Next Step

We intend to launch the new system on Monday 18^th July, and members will be able to register and access their details. The link for this will be emailed directly to you, please do make sure the email address we have registered for you is up to date.

We will issue regular updates from now until the new system goes live. If you have any questions, please get in touch so that we can share answers to frequently asked questions.
