2021 Mental Health Awareness Week: Useful Resources

Everyone’s mental health is being challenged during this difficult time.

With it being Mental Health Awareness Week, we know how important it is to prioritise yours and others’ well-being, and wanted to let you know that UK Coaching is offering a number of free mental health resources.

We know how vital it is, both now and going forward, that we all look after ourselves as coaches. We also know that great coaching is about being able to support the people we coach who are experiencing mental health problems.

To this end, we have some fantastic news, resources and offers below to help you do just that.

It’s essential to look after your mental health and well-being – and small adaptations to your lifestyle can make it easier.
