JP Morgan Launches Programme For Retired Athletes
Investment Banking and Financial Services giant JP Morgan have launched a training programme targeted at recently retired athletes from the last 24 months.
The scheme allows retired elite athletes to gain valuable paid work experience (and possibly secure employment) in the financial services sector.
The below PDF expands on the process (starting with insight days in September) and also the types of roles available, from technology to operations to financial services.
A similar scheme has been highly successful for military personnel in their transition with a rate of 80% of personnel being offered permanent positions at the end of their placements.
For more information about the Scheme, please contact Sami Smithson, British Judo Performance Lifestyle Advisor on Samantha.Smithson@eis2win.co.uk or Emily Collins (JP Morgan) at emily.collins@jpmchase.com
