Putin and Abe share joke during judo competition

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe were seen laughing and joking during the 2nd International Jigoro Kano Junior Judo Tournament in Vladivostok on Wednesday. The event was held at the Fetisov Arena as part of the fourth Eastern Economic Forum.

The Eastern Economic Forum, which has been held on an annual basis since 2015, works as a forum to develop political, economic and cultural ties between Russia and the Asia Pacific. The forum is held from 11 to 13 of September in Vladivostok.
