Reg Foulkes has been promoted to Shodan (Black Belt – 1st Dan)
TweetThe Ottawa Judo Club is proud to announce that Reg Foulkes passed his Black Belt (Shodan) exam this past weekend. Reg was graded in front of the Judo Ontario Provincial Grading Board panel on Sunday, June 7th and was successful in achieving the rank of shodan (1st dan black belt).
