Playoff Preview: Kings vs Clippers (Island Division Semi Final)

The Powell River Kings will take on the Nanaimo Clippers in the first round of the BCHL playoffs beginning Friday night in Nanaimo (full schedule available here). Through eight games so far this regular season, the two teams have proven to be very closely matched and this series is poised to come down to the wire. Here is a statistical look at the two teams through not only their 8 game season series, but the regular season as well. Season Series Both teams can claim to have won four of the eight games through the season series, however it’s the Kings to come away from it with the more points.
