Golf Season at the Brickyard

Golf season is upon us, and we are excited to announce several items that will enhance your member experience here at the Brickyard.

Member Birthday Rewards Program

Moving into its third month, our Member Birthday Rewards Program is working out nicely each month. The program offers an additional 20% off the Brickyard Member Price to members during their birthday month.

Golf Club Grips & Custom Club Fittings

A fresh set of new golf grips is an inexpensive and fast way to bring a noticeable change to your game. Stop by the golf shop and let Blair & Derek take care of your grip needs.

We are also featuring Custom Club Fittings from March through June. Industry-leading club manufacturers will be visiting us soon.

• Fitting dates are posted in the newsletter and on the Locker Room bulletin boards
• TaylorMade fittings sold out in three days, so we requested a second fitter
• Blair & I will be overseeing each fitting day to ensure a successful event
• 10% OFF on all fitting day orders for members

A Club Member with a Credit Book balance who has placed an order or reserved a fitting day appointment and committed to purchasing new clubs will be allowed to extend their Credit Book balance past the March 30th spending deadline.

2025 Hutch Cup & Other Tournaments

The 2025 Hutch Cup is a 32-team field event with Round 1 matches played from March 22nd through April. This double-elimination bracket format is a club favorite!

• March 15th – Two-Person Best Ball “Par 3” Tournament
  • 18 holes set up as Par 3’s

Brickyard PGA Junior League

We are excited to announce kickoff information for the Brickyard PGA Junior League. Our 2024 League was outstanding, and we anticipate the 2025 League to be even better!

• Registration begins Monday, March 10, 2025
• Ages 7-16 (Girls & Boys) welcome to sign up
• Entry Fee:
  • $200 per junior for members
  • $300 per junior for non-members
• Fee covers:
  • Golf instruction
  • On-course golf practice
  • Weekly introduction to the rules of golf
  • Home & away matches against Southern Landings
  • Seeking additional matches with golf clubs within a 50-mile radius

Additionally, the PGA Junior League requires a one-time $110 registration fee per player, which families will need to complete online at www.pgajuniorleague.com.

• Season Dates: April 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
• Player & Parent Meeting: Thursday, March 19th at 4:00 PM in the Clubhouse
• First Practice: Thursday, April 3rd from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Tee Time Reservations & Policies

Very Important: If you are unable to use your tee time, please call or cancel online to avoid “No Shows.”

• Tee times can be made 10 days in advance
• Reservations can be made by calling the golf shop or online
• When booking online or via phone, input the names of all players (1-5 players per tee time)

Guest Policy:

• Tuesday – Thursday: Limit 6 guests for 2 tee times
• Friday – Sunday: Limit 3 guests per member
