Position: Guest Representative – Elf Hollow Cafe
Reports To: Elf Hollow Cafe Supervisor

Function: Responsible for the proper cashier transactions and seating of guests within Elf Hollow Cafe.

Job Description:
• Provide quality service to guests
• Knowledgeable about the working of “Splash Village”
• Directly participate in and oversee the “guest’s experience”
• Maintain area sanitation in accordance with the MI Department of Health
• Ensures an accurate counting of all transactions, collections and disbursements
• Daily communications with the F&B Department
• Take food and non-alcoholic beverage order
• Communicate with BOH employees on all needs for prepared foods
• Attend departmental meetings
• All other duties as assigned or directed

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a fast paced, high stress work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess basic math skills and has the ability to handle money accurately
• Must be 16 years of age or older
