Symetra Tour postpones Albany tournament

Five Symetra Tour events, including the CDPHP Open scheduled for May 29-31 for Capital Hills at Albany, have been postponed because of the COVID-19 outbreak, the women's professional golf tour announced Thursday.
Local organizers are hoping to fit the Albany tournament in the 2020 schedule of the Symetra, the official developmental tour of the LPGA.
“The plan right now for Albany is to try and land on another date later in the summer if possible,” local tournament director Jim Miller said. “No specific date has been chosen right now. The priority right now is for New York to get through this pandemic and get some sense of normalcy back, and then see if putting on a tournament is feasible this year.”
