In order to absolve the player from penalty for accidentally causing the ball to move then one of the three exceptions( 2,3 or 4) listed in 9.4b must apply.
None of these exceptions apply in this scenario.

These examples consolidate the view that a player may be penalised even though the ball was accidentally moved.
