[Men's Golf] Golfers Compete at Graceland Invite

Lamoni, Iowa – The Grand View University varsity reserve men's golf team traveled down I-35 to compete in the Graceland Invite hosted at the Lamoni Golf and Country Club. The Vikings finished 6th in a field of 10 teams in the single round event.   

The Vikings were led by Tyson Smith (SR/Eldora, Iowa). Smith shot a 77, which placed him in a tie for 15th-place on the leaderboard.

Missouri Valley won the event with a 289. Jan Jedlicka sat atop the leaderboard at the end of the round with a 2-under. Full results can be seen below.

The men's team will next compete in the Viking Shootout on September 16th and follow that up with the Mid-South Tournament in Newton, Kansas starting on September 23rd.
