[Men's Golf] Pfingsten Named to NAIA PING All-Region Team

Moline, Illinois – Senior golfer Mitch Pfingsten (SR/Fairmont, Minnesota) was named to the NAIA PING All-Region North Team by the Golf Coaches Association of America.  GCAA Release

Pfingsten was one of 15 student-athletes that were selected to the North Team. There were also 15 golfers selected to the South, Central, and West Teams.

The Fairmont product recently competed in the 2018 NAIA Men's Golf National Championship at TPC Deere Run and finished in 22nd-place. Pfingsten shot an overall score of 288 (75-70-74-69), which placed him at +4 for the tournament.

Pfingsten was joined the North Team by fellow Heart of America golfers Will Bruyeres of Mount Mercy and Zachary Chegwidden of William Penn.
