[Women's Golf] Trevecca Women's Golf | Rachael McMahan & Trojans Third at Converse Opening Day

ROEBUCK, S.C. - The Trevecca Nazarene University women's golf team is tied for third at the 2018 Converse Spring Invitational at the Carolina Country Club outside of Spartanburg, SC. Rachel McMahan led the Trojans with a three-over par 75 and is third overall.

Trevecca Director of Golf said, "Rachael led the team today with her good play. She is showing her potential, and we are expecting big things from her this spring. Teagan and Brynn played consistently today as well. Lexie and Sophie struggled today, but I fully expect they will bounce back tomorrow and help push down our team score. With a good team round tomorrow, we can beat some teams ranked ahead of us, making for a good start to the spring season."
