IMO this is the very reason why the Committee have to apply a LoH to A. If a referee was called over to resolve the dispute I am 100% he will Rule LoH to A. Surely we cannot have a situation where a Committee can rule in a different way. If this would be the case as a player why call over the referee when you can take your chance with the Committee.
Quincy, Thom and I maybe missing something but I simply cannot see that you could possibly have two different outcomes depending on who deals with the claim.
