President Marguerite’s Prize begins in bright sunshine

President Marguerite’s Prize got underway today in weather that the competition deserved – bright sunshine.
The course looked magnificent, striped fairways and pristine greens, it all felt like the start of the golfing season proper.
140 members teed it up in straight matchplay with President Marguerite watching each group head off the first tee. Congratulations to all the winners and, to those who came second – there is always next year !
