Eriksen wins Danish Footballer of the Year Award
An article on the clubs website says Christian Eriksen was last night (Saturday 6th January) named Danish Football Player of the Year for a record-equalling fourth time.
The midfielder was rewarded for another fantastic year in 2017, in which he excelled on the pitch for Spurs and played a decisive role in Denmarks demolition of the Republic of Ireland in the play offs and sealing their qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Christian previously picked up the accolade from the Danish Football Association in 2013, 2014 and 2015, he actually became the first player in Danish history to win it three years in a row and Christian has now drawn level with Bayern Munich, Fiorentina and Rangers legend Brian Laudrup for the highest amo...
