I went on record before January (after that awful December) that KH should wait for the summer to spend big for next years push, save for one or two so as not to be on a relegation scrap.
I have to admit that having seen the January signings that we would be in with a push for the play offs, and that our recruitment had finally done something decent.
Now these players have settled in and lost their bounce, and have succumbed to CD’s methodology it’s pretty obvious my first thoughts were correct.
My hope is that CD’s replacement restores that bounce and can get a tune out of them otherwise it was, as the thread suggests, stupid, and indeed has cost us the ability to strengthen fully in the summer.
Thats why l want CD to be replaced before the international break so a new Manager can work with them and orchestrate the summer strengthening and not give us another CG /CD Groundhog Day.
