Official: Juventus confirm 21-man squad to face Roma in huge Top 4 clash
Luciano Spalletti has confirmed a streamlined squad of 21 players to take on Roma away in Serie A on Sunday evening in a game that has been dubbed a ‘play-off’ for a place in the Champions League positions.
Just four points separate the two sides ahead of kick-off. Roma currently occupy sixth place with 50 points from 26 matches so far in 2025-26, while Juventus now find themselves in sixth on 46 points from 26 matches.
The Bianconeri have only picked up one point from their last three matches in Serie A and find themselves in need of a win against Roma if they are to keep their hopes of qualifying for next season’s Champions League alive. A loss will mean Roma going seven points clear of the Old Lady in fourth place.
Spalletti will be without his captain, Maneul Locatelli, through suspension at the Stadio Olimpico, which means that Teun Koopmeiners is expected to start alongside Khephren Thuram in the middle of the park.
Gleison Bremer has been included in the squad despite missing out on the last two matches.
Dusan Vlahovic, Emil Holm and Arkadiusz Milik remain unavailable through injury.
