Can't agree with that. They have an incredibly young squad and it's a good place for young players, if they're good enough.They have the youngest average age of players used this season, it's definitely not the death knell of a young player's career. There is a lot of competition though, but you can't blame players for believing in themselves and thinking they can go there and have an impact. Also, if it doesn't work there's plenty of time left in your career for the next move, and the next.Chelsea is a often not a good move for young players who need game time IMO. I expect him to leave in the summer for someone and probably go on to have a decent at worst Premier League career. I firmly believe moving to Chelsea is a the football equivalent of selling your soul to the devil, which is ironic, seeing as Chelsea are one of the most soulless clubs of them all.
