Ticket Balance question
This won't be an issue until the summer. but I'll ask now as I have just put a ticket on the exchange for Saturday...
I manage 4 ST's for me & the kids. For example we sold tickets for the Oxford home game in August as we were away. I can see my balance for my ticket being purchased on the exchange (which I know can only go towards next years ST) but I can't see the kids accounts at all - and they don't have their own email addresses or logins as I manage/pay for it all.
So when it comes to next season, I guess I have to either call or visit the TO to sort out the credits against what I pay for next year?
