Report Leeds United winger Harrison targeted by Fiorentina
Sky Sport Italia claim that Fiorentina are in advanced negotiations to sign Leeds United winger Jack Harrison, who would be the third big signing of the transfer window.
The Viola have already snapped up Manor Solomon on loan with option to buy for €10m from Tottenham Hotspur, then brought in Marco Brescianini from Atalanta.
Harrison could be third signing for Fiorentina
Transfer pundit Gianluca Di Marzio suggests their next target is Harrison, who celebrated his 29th birthday in November.
He can play on the left or the right wing in an attacking role, so his versatility provides coach Paolo Vanoli with different alternatives for the 4-3-3 formation.
Spending time in the Liverpool and Manchester United academies, he really kick-started his career in the USA with various MLS clubs, then returned to England for Manchester City in 2018.
Following the loan to Middlesbrough, Harrison joined Leeds United first on loan in 2018 and then on a permanent basis for €12.8m in 2021.
He then went on another two-season loan to Everton, returning to Elland Road last summer.
