How Euro giants feel about signing 24-year-old Chelsea player this summer

0 8

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson is willing to move away from the club during the summer transfer window.

Initially, there were rumours that German champions Bayern Munich were keen on Nicolas Jackson, and they could look to move for him. However, Christian Falk has revealed on CF Bayern Insider that the German champions have no interest in signing the 24-year-old. They plan to continue with Harry Kane as their first-choice striker, and Luis Diaz is likely to be a backup striker option for them.

Nicolas Jackson should leave Chelsea

Meanwhile, Jackson has fallen down on the pecking order at Chelsea, and he needs to leave the club. Liam Delap and Joao Pedro are ahead of him in the pecking order. He needs to play regularly at this stage of his career, and it will be interesting to see if he can find a suitable destination.

Jackson has shown his quality in the Premier League and La Liga in the past. There is no doubt that he is a quality player, and he could’ve been a handy option for Bayern Munich as well.

The striker is still very much at the peak of his powers, and he will look to get back to his best with regular football. Chelsea might not be able to provide him with that opportunity next season. It remains to be seen how the situation develops. Meanwhile, the German outfit should look to invest in another reliable striker who can support Kane in the attack.

Chelsea managed to win two trophies recently, and they will look to build on that. They will look to push for major trophies next season and the top quality players in order for that to happen. They need a deeper squad with more quality, and Jackson could be ideal for them.
