Welcome back to the Gallagher
The close season has been incredibly busy both on and off the field. We have now completed several important projects such as the Total Machining Solutions Stand washrooms, new food huts, a revamped club website and a new ticketing system – all designed to improve the matchday experience.
It’s been more than 100 days since our last home fixture on Easter Monday, so we’ve put together this quick guide to help you prepare for the weekend.

GROUND SET-UP
There will be designated home and away sections for Saturday’s match.
Torquay supporters should enter via Turnstiles 1 and 2, located in the south-west corner of the ground.
Stones fans can access the rest of the stadium through Turnstiles 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9.
If you’re heading to the Genco Stand, we recommend using Turnstiles 8 and 9, located off James Whatman Way, opposite the former Corner Café.
As in previous seasons, Turnstile 6 is reserved for season ticket holders only.
Turnstiles open at 12:30.
TICKETING
Stones fans can purchase tickets in advance via the Fanbase app or website. Tickets will also be available at the turnstiles, with payment accepted by cash, card, or contactless.

SMOKING & VAPING
After considerable reflection and consultation we have decided that from this season, smoking and vaping will not be permitted inside the ground on first team matchdays.
Please therefore smoke or vape before arriving or after leaving the premises.
We recognise that this change may not please the smokers amongst you but it supports the move towards ‘Smokefree Spaces’ in public venues, with potential legislation on the horizon. Many football stadia in England are now non-smoking venues. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
MATCH PROGRAMMES
Matchday programmes are available for £3, on sale outside the Club Shop and by Turnstiles 8 and 9.
SHOUT OUTS
Got a birthday or anniversary coming up? Email info@maidstoneunited.co.uk with the details, and we’ll give you a shout-out just before kick-off or at half-time.
TIME TO GO
At full-time, Gates A and B will be open for home fans to exit the stadium.
If you’re in the Manchett Main Stand, Gate F is your nearest exit while the players’ tunnel is in use.
Gate F is also the main exit for the Genco Stand – please take care on the stepped exit onto James Whatman Way.
Genco Stand and Riverside spectators can also use Gate E (to the left of the TV gantry), which leads to the towpath for walking back towards town or out to Springfield, Ringlestone, and Allington.
Away fans will exit via Gate C.
We hope you will enjoy this season following Maidstone United. Come on you Stones!
