Marcus Rashford set to complete Barcelona switch, €30 million buy option included

Manchester United are edging closer to sanctioning the exit of one of their unwanted stars.

According to reputed journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona have sealed all the documents to sign Marcus Rashford on loan with a €30 million buy option for June 2026.

Rashford has reportedly agreed to take a 15% pay cut to fulfil his long-held dream of playing for the Catalan giants, who will cover his full salary package.

The 27-year-old spent the latter half of last season at Aston Villa, but the Midlands club chose not to pursue a permanent deal.

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has already spoken with the forward and has approved his move.

Rashford fell out of favour under manager Ruben Amorim late last year.
