USMNT star Reyna targeted by Parma for first Serie A adventure
Parma are reportedly in direct negotiations with Borussia Dortmund in an attempt to sign USMNT talent Giovanni Reyna.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Ducali have launched themselves into these talks and believe they can convince him to make the leap to Serie A.
It is not the first time he has been linked with a potential move to Italy, having already played in the USA, Germany and England at club level.
There were strong reports of Milan interest in January 2025, with the price-tag set then at €15-18m.
Reyna could leave Borussia Dortmund
At age 22, he already has 32 senior caps for the USMNT, scoring eight goals and providing five assists for his teammates.
The versatile forward plays as a trequartista behind the main striker, but can also be used on the right or left wing of the attack.
Reyna is only under contract with Borussia Dortmund until June 2026, which could make the price-tag far more appetising than in the past.
He only made 26 competitive appearances last season, contributing two goals and one assist, struggling to regain full fitness after a groin injury in September 2024.
