Digital Tickets without a smartphone (6 replies)

I need to know how the digital only tickets work if you do not have a smartphone with Google Wallet enabled.

Not for me. I am a thoroughly modern person and I have my tickets on my phone.

However my parents have tickets for the Forest and Sheffield Utd games. All they have is the email with the apple/Google Wallet links on them.
They do not use phone wallets and do not want to. Though I am sure they could cope.
They use the season ticket cards not the phone tickets to get in usually.

The club must have an option for games with digital tickets only to get the ticket in some way that doesn't require a phone wallet.
I have tried looking, but it is simply not clear (at least in the BCFC.com areas I looked at) what you need to do.
Last season you could get tickets attached as a PDF to an email and print it if needed

So my query is will this be the case again this season?
If so will the tickets turn up automatically or do we have to request them from the club?
IF anyone ITK would be kind enough to point me in the right direction for the info on this it will be much appreciated.
