Official: Tchaouna joins Burnley from Lazio
Loum Tchaouna has officially joined Premier League side Burnley from Lazio.
French winger Tchaouna has officially joined Burnley from Lazio, the two clubs confirmed on Wednesday.
Lazio thanked their former winger for his “professionalism”, wishing him the best for his new “Premier League adventure.”

Tchaouna’s new club, Burnley, said in a statement: “Burnley Football Club are delighted to announce the arrival of France U21 winger Loum Tchaouna from S.S. Lazio for an undisclosed fee.
“The 21-year-old forward has signed a five-year deal at Turf Moor and arrives in East Lancashire with 130 games already to his name across Serie A, Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.”
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 21-year-old has moved to Burnley in a €14m deal plus €3m add-ons.
Tchaouna only spent one season at Lazio, scoring two goals and providing one assist in 37 appearances across all competitions during the 2024-25 campaign.
A former Salernitana winger, the U21 France international collected five goals and three assists in 57 appearances in Italy’s top flight.
Tchaouna ‘proud’ to join Burnley
Speaking to Burnley’s official website after signing his contract with the club, Tchaouna said: “It’s a very proud day for me to sign for this special Club.
“I spoke with the manager during the Euros this summer and we had a really good conversation, which made me realise I wanted to be here. I can’t wait to get ready for the upcoming season and to play in front of the supporters.”
Tchaouna had joined Lazio from Salernitana only a year ago in an €8.5m deal.
He has signed a contract with his new club until 2029. Tchaouna has one goal in nine appearances with the France U21 squad.
