Testimonial match for Juke? (17 replies)
Assuming Juke isn't getting his contract renewed for another season this summer (which I imagine is likely) what do we all think of scheduling a farewell match for him at the end of the season? He's a modern club legend in most people's eyes, would be nice to give him a proper send off.
Could be a nice day out, dirt cheap tickets to get the ground filled, a friendly against an interesting team, relaxed game of football instead of absolutely going for it etc. Make a nice show of it with Juke as the main man.
Is it a bit too much, or would people be down for it?
Would have been nice if we had the points record wrapped up before the final game of the season but unfortunately the final match isn't at home. That would have been ideal.
