2. Philadelphia Eagles (vs. Panthers)

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. Raiders)

4. Tennessee Titans (vs. Jaguars)

5. New Orleans Saints (at Giants)

These aren’t just must-starts, they may legitimately help decide your matchup this week. Each of these units (except the Saints) would be considered elite regardless of who they’re playing, but considering the weak offenses they’ll be facing there is zero question here.
