Team News: Spartans (A)

Grant Scott opts to make three changes following last Sunday’s 5-1 home victory over Montrose.

The girls face the short jaunt across the city to face Spartans at Ainslie Park today in ScottishPower Women’s Premier League action.

The first change sees Poppy Lawson return to the starting XI - donning the captain’s armband in the process.

The centre-back did not partake in last weekend’s win at Meadowbank but replaces Ellis Notley - who drops out entirely - in Scott’s side this afternoon.

Kirsten Reilly makes her 50th Hibernian appearance across two spells after returning from injury last week as a substitute versus Montrose.

Reilly fills in for fellow midfielder Linzi Taylor, who takes up a spot on the bench after starting the previous six games.

The final change comes at the top end of the pitch, as striker Kathleen McGovern switches out for Hibs number nine Eilidh Adams

Adams has three goals in her last two appearances - both as a substitute - which helps take her total goal tally for the short season so far up to 11.

On the bench, Club captain Rachael Boyle and goalscoring returnee Rosie Livingstone keep their places on the bench after coming back from lengthy injury spells last weekend.

Lia Tweedie is absent from the matchday squad following her loan move to Queen’s Park until January.
