Former Tottenham forward Ronny Rosenthal believes that there are a number of players in the current Spurs squad who are not good enough if the North Londoners harbour ambitions of winning silverware.
The quality of some of Spurs’ defending over recent weeks has left a lot to be desired, with Jose Mourinho’s men regularly gifting the opposition easy goals.
Unsurprisingly, Rosenthal named two members of the Spurs backline among the players he is not convinced by.
Curiously, the former Israeli international also suggested that Erik Lamela, who has been one of Tottenham’s best players over the last few weeks, is also not to up to the required level.
