Former Huddersfield season ticket holder Phil Hodgkinson confirmed as new chairman

The takeover has received approval from the EFL with Hodgkinson taking a 75 per cent controlling stake in the club, while outgoing chairman Dean Hoyle will retain the remaining 25 per cent.
