Leatherhead manager Richard Brady is stepping down after four years and three months in charge at Fetcham Grove.
The Tanners have announced that Brady has expressed a wish to stand down, having felt he has taken the club as far as he can within the budget constraints imposed and to enjoy family life with a young child.
He will remain at the club as Director of Football.
