Obviously Tom is unwell, but in his absence - is the CEO/board too weak to make an actual decision and get rid of Davies.

Jeremy Dale seems nice, loves the Blues and all that - but has he actually got the stones to fire someone? It doesn’t look like it. So we’ll be stuck with Davies and his inexplicable team selections until the summer.

When we have a clear out, maybe a new CEO needs to be second on the list.
