Loser mentality in his words again, unfortunately.

Reporter specifically asks about play offs ‘we’ll try to finish as high as we can and if we do that I’ll be happy’.

If our manager can’t perceive it, why would our players?

I would hope he would say ‘I have a squad good enough to make the play offs and that is my target’. He’s avoiding saying the word through fear of his own personal failure.

Yikes. Zero ambition, drive or inspiration.
