I've not got fm26 as it seems a little messy. Hopefully they get back on track. However presuming you can apply similar settings to fm24. To save your time, look at your responsibilities. For me, the media stuff isnt worth doing, get a assistant to do all the interviews.
I liked to do all the haggling for the first team transfer in and outs but you can have staff take care.of academy transfers and just have yourself as responsible for signing them off.
