Yep he seems to have figured it out and changed his own approach which is great to see. One slight criticism is we have to learn to still look dangerous whilst sitting back and not just sit back but one thing at a time. We are progressing at a good pace.
Yes, it's important to note that he's changed... and he had to. The "possession obsession" has been the wrong approach for over 18 months, even when in League 1, because it was never going to get us promoted from The Championship.
Good to see he's now a convert to concentrating on transitions
