Leeds vs Chelsea tickets

I have tickets for Leed vs Chelsea on the 3rd and am testing positive for Covid so will not be attending. Does anyone know how these could be resold or donated to a charity. Online it says 'not for resale'. They are in the East stand so possibly not the greatest seats, but it would be good to see them used and not empty.
