I think our win at Preston on Tuesday and some of the other midweek results (Charlton winning at Ipswich, Watford beating Albion) highlighted how tight this division is going to be.
We fully deserved the win but had our goal been ruled out for handball and a penalty given against Cashin we could easily be talking about a defeat instead of a great three points gained and the mood would be a whole lot different.
As Davies said last night, it looks like being one of the tightest championship’s ever and I think we can expect plenty of ups and downs along the way.
