I was hesitant to start this thread because of its emotional political nature but this simmering conflict could soon blow up in FIFA's face and put the governing body in the eye of a political storm. But first things first. The purpose of this thread is to discuss the FIFA regulatory angle, not a moral debate about the underlying conflict.
